The Prosper Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the launch of Leadership Prosper, a dynamic program designed to connect and engage current and emerging leaders in our community. This ten-month initiative will enhance participants' leadership skills and deepen their understanding of key community issues, ultimately preparing them to serve as effective community leaders.

Starting in August with an orientation and concluding in May with a graduation ceremony, Leadership Prosper will offer participants an immersive experience. Each month, participants will explore a different aspect of the community, including town government and services, education, health and wellness, economic development, public safety, and county and state government. Additionally, they will engage in targeted leadership development programming to further hone their skills.

Classes will be held at various locations that best relate to the topic of the month, providing a hands-on learning environment. This unique approach ensures that participants gain practical insights and build a robust network of connections across the community.
