    Alright, Enough about Us... Who are We Looking For?

    • Full -Time Assistant Consumer Loan Processing Manager who has experience with customer-focused/deadline-driven/high-energy environment, and who can provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance to their team, and our membership.
    • Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $54,270.00 - $57,285.00 for this role
    • Will follow a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.
    • This role is eligible to participate in the ITCU Exempt Employee Incentive Program, which can pay up to 11% of the annual salary, prorated based on the date of hire. (This incentive is based on the credit union achieving established service and financial measurements.)

    What about the Duties & Responsibilities?

    The Assistant Consumer Loan Processing Manager will work with the Loan Processing Manager to manage the automated process for consumer loan processing, payment processing, insurance review, title perfection, and daily reports. 
    • Provide day to day production requirements for Auto Title and Loan Processors while resolving complex internal/external challenges.
    • Responsible for the perfection and oversight of collateral liens for Credit Union and the related state and federal requirements.
    • Work with the Loan Processing Manager to ensure that consumer loan policies, procedures, and services rendered meet federal and state compliance regulations. Ensure staff is kept up to date on all compliance regulations. 
    • Act as a backup system administrator for various department systems; coordinate and update Credit Union loan forms.
    • Maintain current knowledge on all Credit Union loan offerings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk-based underwriting parameters, and product-specific conditions, etc.
    • Work with Loan Processing Manager to develop, analyze, and complete monthly productivity reports for Loan Processing department and internal/external Credit Union utilization. Develop procedures and reporting tools for effective information to flow through the department.
    • Interact with senior leadership on department issues; system changes and enhancements, system functionality and system parameters.
    • Act as second level contact for members with loan issues.
    • Provide support to co-workers regarding policies, procedures, technical inquires and general loan processing questions.
    • Remain current on consumer lending market developments, news and trends. 
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    • College degree or commensurate experience related to finance, business, or accounting preferred.
    • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.


    • Two years of loan processing and auto title experience required. 
    • Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering rules required.

    • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to interface positively with a variety of individuals and work as a team with other departments

    • Must be able to sit for extended period of time
    • Operate 10 Key, typewriter, computer keyboard, mouse
