Paul received his BA from Oral Roberts University and his JD from Regent School of Law. Paul is a partner with his father at Grenier Law Firm in Prosper, where he focuses on transactional law. Prior to law practice, Paul worked in the Information Technology industry across the private and public sectors.

My name is Ted Halladay, the President of The Glass Guru of Frisco. In 2005 I sold my technology-based business and my family and I headed to Texas seeking a change in pace. My family and I moved to McKinney Texas from Las Vegas, NV, and although there are times when we miss the excitement of Vegas, we truly enjoy life here in North Texas. We have enjoyed this area so much, and spoken so highly of North Texas that my family has also begun migrating here. In fact, my brother Aaron has moved here from Chico, California to live in this great area.

Aaron has a background in construction, from building homes to installing pools and everything in between. His previous job in California, Aaron was operations manager of a custom pool company. Aaron was in the process of buying the pool company. Aaron's background and knowledge adds great depth to our company.

Joy Booth owns E.J. Wills Gastropub with her husband Greg. While Greg is the lead chef and daily operator, Joy books the music, coordinates private events, serves as the liason with community organizations, and runs the website and social media aspects of the business.  She also continues with her day job with the federal government, where she analyzes homeland security and justice programs and prepares reports for Congress to enhance agency operations.

Sonny earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with a Minor in Communications from Abilene Christian University.  He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Behavioral Theory & Psychology  Sonny has extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate, marketing, and organizational issues, and has recently developed an entirely new Information Transfer Study Methodology for use in Commercial Real Estate.
